Three kinds of job, and none of them is posted today.
This is what the team actually does, so you can judge whether your experience is any use to us before you spend an evening on a letter. Treat it as background, not as a vacancy list.
Customer service and claims
Answering the phone, tracking a shipment down, and working a damage claim through to a replacement. The job is mostly knowing the product and being straight with people about what went wrong.
Inside sales and design
Taking a set of measurements and turning it into a layout, a cabinet list and a price, then staying with that customer until the kitchen is ordered. Cabinet or kitchen design experience counts for a lot here.
Warehouse and logistics
Picking and staging orders, loading freight, and keeping the count honest. Orders go out by freight, so getting the right boxes on the right truck on the right day is the whole job.
To be straight with youWe are not running a hiring process, we have no salary bands to quote you and we cannot promise a reply by any particular date. What we can promise is that nobody writes back with a rejection form letter for a job that was never advertised.
Four lines is plenty.
- What you do. Cabinets, kitchen design, freight, customer service, something adjacent. Name it plainly.
- Where you are. City and state, and whether you are looking for something on site or remote.
- What you are after. Full time, part time, seasonal, contract. All of them come up here at different times.
- A resume if you have one. Attach it. If you do not have one, the four lines above are enough to start a conversation.
