There are many online retailers offering ready to assemble kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, and few of them stand firmly behind what they sell. We choose and stock our own cabinet program, we take pride in its quality, and we back it with a five year limited warranty.

Warranty coverage

RTA Cabinets Plus provides a limited warranty to the original consumer purchaser for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. If any product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use within this five year period, RTA Cabinets Plus will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover products that have been misused, abused, mishandled, improperly installed or stored, altered, or exposed to extreme temperature or moisture.

This warranty is void if the product is used for purposes other than those for which it was originally intended. It also does not cover costs related to installation, removal, transportation, or damage incurred during these processes, regardless of whether the work was performed by a contractor, a service company, or the purchaser.

Natural characteristics

Variations in color and grain pattern are natural characteristics of wood. Over time, exposure to light and environmental factors may cause color changes. These are part of the normal aging process and are not covered under this warranty.
