Sample doors: full $19.99, quarter $4.99

Nobody picks a finish off a screen.

A sample is a real door off the same line, with the same finish, the same profile and the same edge as the ones that would arrive on a pallet. Hold a few side by side in your own kitchen light, at night as well as at noon, and then decide.

The finishes

Seven finishes, three door styles.

Sterling and Studio are the two kitchen door styles, and they are different shapes rather than different colors. Mantel is the vanity door style, on the Portico and Veranda lines. Not every finish comes on every door.

Snow

On Sterling, Studio and Mantel (Portico and Veranda vanities), a near white.

Alabaster

On Sterling and Studio, a warm off white.

Quarry

On Sterling and Mantel (Portico and Veranda vanities).

Wood Ridge

On Sterling and Mantel (Portico and Veranda vanities), a warm blonde stained wood.

Coastal

On Sterling, Studio and Mantel (Portico and Veranda vanities), a greige stain on genuine white oak.

Caviar

On Studio, a near black.

Malachite

On Mantel (Portico vanities only).

How it works

Order, look, decide, put it toward the kitchen.

  1. Order the doors you are torn between

A full sample door is $19.99 and a quarter door sample is $4.99, shipping included on both. Most people order three or four, because a finish only really means something next to another one. One sample per door style per color, per customer.

  2. Live with them for a few days

Stand them against the worktop and the floor you already have. Look at them in the morning, under the kitchen lights at night, and next to whatever the walls are painted.

  3. The sample price counts toward your cabinets

What you paid for the samples is credited toward your cabinet order: ask us within 30 days of delivery. It is not refunded as cash, and there is nothing to ship back. Keep the doors, or use them to talk a client through the choice. The return policy has the details.
