You can also ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request below and we will not treat you any differently for making it.

Advertising partners
We disclose personal information to business and marketing partners so that products can be advertised to you on other sites, based on what you looked at or added to a cart here. Depending on where you live, that counts as a “sale” or a “share”, and it is what this page lets you switch off.
Shopify
This store runs on Shopify, which processes information about your visit in order to provide the store and supports personalised advertising across merchants. Shopify is responsible for that processing and handles requests about it directly, which is why the policy points you at Shopify as well as at us.
Anyone under 16
The store is not intended for children. As of the policy’s effective date we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.
Marketing email
Every promotional email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and that is the fastest way to stop them. If you opt out we may still send non promotional messages about an order you placed.
You may have opted out already without sending anything.
- An enabled GPC signal is treated as a request. If you visit this site with Global Privacy Control switched on, then depending on where you are we treat that automatically as an opt out for the device and browser you used.
- It extends to a matching account. Where the device sending the signal can be associated with an account, the opt out is applied to the account too.
- It is per browser, not per person. A signal sent from your laptop says nothing about your phone. Send the request below if you want it applied to you rather than to one browser.
- Other “Do Not Track” signals are not recognised. Global Privacy Control is the one we act on. You can read about it at globalprivacycontrol.org.

We verify it is you
We may need to confirm your identity before we act, as applicable law permits or requires. Usually the email address on your orders is enough.
We act on it
Rights are not absolute and some apply only in certain circumstances, so a request can be declined where the law allows. If that happens you will be told why.
We reply in time
In a timely manner, as required under applicable law. We do not publish a shorter promise here than the policy makes.
You can appeal
Depending on where you live you can appeal a decision by writing to us again, or take a complaint to your local data protection authority.
Authorised agentsYou can name an agent to make a request for you. Before we accept it we will require proof that you authorised them to act on your behalf, and we may need to verify your identity with you directly.
The form is a convenience, not the only route.
A request by phone, email or post carries exactly the same weight. The postal address is a mailbox: there is no pickup and no will call at it.
