What happens next

Three steps, and none of them is a form.

  1. Somebody calls you

    A person, during opening hours, to understand the project before anything is priced. Unit count, finish, and what the delivery schedule has to look like.

  2. We price and check stock

    Pricing off the retail prices on this site at your trade tier, against what is on the floor today. If a finish will not carry the whole project, you hear that now rather than at unit thirty.

  3. Layouts, if you need them

    Send the unit plans and a designer draws the layout, the cabinet list and the price for each type. CAD files and spec sheets come with it. Free, the same as any other design here.

To be straight with youWe have no separate contract price list and no project minimum. Trade pricing is the tiered discount off the retail prices shown on this site, and it is the same programme a one kitchen remodeler is on. A tradesman is a dealer here.

Before you send it

Four things worth knowing.

  • Lead time is two business days, order to dock. That is our part. Freight time from the dock to the site is the carrier’s and depends on the address.
  • Delivered to the site. To the address on the order. Will-call pickup is available to approved trade accounts only, arranged with our team.
  • We do not offer financing. Not of any kind, on any size of project.
  • Fast approval for a trade account. Apply with an EIN letter, W-9, business license or resale certificate, and trade pricing then applies automatically when you are logged in. No contractor license, no minimum order.
