Sterling Quarry puts our classic shaker door, with its wider frame, in Quarry, a real painted neutral grey. It brings color to a kitchen without a bold commitment, on its own or as the lower cabinets under white uppers. Every cabinet is a plywood box with a solid wood face frame, and the box goes together on the licensed SnapCore click system, about 10x faster than traditional RTA cabinets built with cam locks, dowels and glue. A full sample door is $19.99 and a quarter door sample is $4.99. It suits anyone who wants more than white but still wants a calm, easy kitchen to live with.

Questions about Sterling Quarry
What is in the Sterling Quarry collection?
Base, wall and tall kitchen cabinets, vanity base cabinets, end panels, decorative panels and wine racks, all in Sterling Quarry. Fillers, crown and light rail molding, scribe molding and toe kick in Quarry are listed under Trim and Panels. See current prices on each cabinet.
Is Quarry painted or stained?
Painted. Quarry is a real painted neutral grey, never paper, thermofoil or melamine.
What are the cabinets made of?
A plywood box with a solid wood face frame and 3/4 inch plywood shelves, full overlay doors on concealed soft-close hinges, and 5/8 inch solid wood dovetail drawer boxes on soft-close, full-extension glides.
How does the SnapCore assembly work?
The box clicks together on the licensed SnapCore system in under 2 minutes, about 10x faster than traditional RTA cabinets built with cam locks, dowels and glue. Anything wood-to-wood clicks together, with no tools, no glue and no screws. Only the metal parts need screws: hinges, drawer glides and pulls. Hanging the cabinets takes a drill.
How is Sterling different from Studio?
Both are shaker doors on the same plywood box. Sterling is the classic shaker, with a wider frame. Studio has slim rails, for a cleaner, more modern line.
Can I see Sterling Quarry before I order?
Yes. A full Sterling Quarry sample door is $19.99 and a quarter door sample is $4.99, shipping included on both. The sample price is refundable: ask within 30 days of delivery, with nothing to ship back.
