An 18 inch vanity base cabinet with three drawers. The VDB182134 sits beside a vanity sink base and gives the bathroom real drawer storage at the same height and depth.

Size. 18 inches wide, 34 1/2 inches high and 21 inches deep.

In the carton. 3 drawers, with the box shipped flat.

Construction. A plywood box with a solid wood face frame and a 5/8 inch solid wood dovetail drawer box for each drawer on soft-close, full-extension glides. The drawer fronts follow the Sterling door, a classic shaker with a wider frame.

Finish. Alabaster, a real painted warm off white. Real paint and stain only, never paper, thermofoil or melamine.

Assembly. The box goes together on a licensed click-together system: 100% tool-free box assembly, no cam locks. Anything wood-to-wood clicks together, no tools, no glue, no screws. The only parts that need screws are the metal ones: hinges, drawer glides and pulls. Fixing it to the wall takes a drill.

Where it goes. Beside a vanity sink base, for the things a bathroom needs to keep in drawers. Order it in Sterling Alabaster with the rest of the run so the door style and finish match.

Questions about vanities

What size is a bathroom vanity?

Vanity base cabinets are 34 1/2 inches tall and 21 inches deep, in widths from 12 to 60 inches. Veranda floating vanity cabinets are 12 to 36 inches wide and hang on the wall, and Portico furniture vanities run 30 to 60 inches wide. This vanity's exact size is in its specification on this page.

Can my vanity match my kitchen cabinets?

Yes. Sterling and Studio vanity base cabinets come in the same doors and finishes as the kitchen cabinets, so a bath ordered with the kitchen matches it.

How do I measure for a vanity?

Measure the wall, then the center of the drain and of each water line from the same corner, and the height of each off the floor. A vanity is cut around the plumbing, so mark the positions onto the back of the box before you drill, and dry fit it against the rough-in first.

How does a vanity go together?

The same way as our kitchen cabinets. A box clicks together on the licensed SnapCore system in under 2 minutes, about 10x faster than traditional RTA cabinets built with cam locks, dowels and glue. Anything wood-to-wood clicks together, with no tools, no glue and no screws. Only the metal parts need screws: hinges, drawer glides and pulls.

Can I order a sample door?

Yes, for Sterling and Studio. A full sample door is $19.99 and a quarter door sample is $4.99, shipping included on both, and the sample price is credited toward your cabinet order.
